What's your delivery timescale?
We dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days from our roastery in Southampton. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details by email. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Is delivery free?
Yes — free UK delivery on all coffee orders. Delivery for non-coffee goods (clothing, accessories) is calculated at checkout.
Can I return coffee?
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we can't accept returns on coffee that has been opened or dispatched. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@ffeeand.co within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Can I return clothing or accessories?
Yes. All non-coffee goods can be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Drop us an email to arrange a return.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do. We supply cafés, restaurants and offices across the UK with freshly roasted specialty coffee, with a minimum order of 5kg. Head to our wholesale page or get in touch directly.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes — you can set up a regular delivery of your favourite coffee so you never run out. Head to our subscriptions page for more.
Where are you based?
We're an independent specialty coffee roastery based in Southampton, on the south coast of England. We roast on-site and ship direct to customers across the UK and internationally.
What grind options do you offer?
All our coffees are sold whole bean, which we recommend for the freshest result. If you'd like advice on grinders or brew kit, get in touch — we're happy to help.
