Our roastery

OUR INDEPENDENT ROASTERY in southampton IS BUILT AROUND A SIMPLE IDEA: THE SHARED EXPERIENCE OF GOOD COFFEE, DONE PROPERLY.
BASED ON THE SOUTH COAST, OUR DEDICATED TEAM — LED BY BEN, DAVE AND SIM — BRINGS TOGETHER MORE THAN 50 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE IN SPECIALTY COFFEE ROASTING.
WE ROAST IN SMALL BATCHES ON OUR 15KG ROASTER, SOURCING WITH CARE AND FOCUSING ON FLAVOUR, CONSISTENCY AND CHARACTER IN EVERY CUP. NOTHING OVERCOMPLICATED. NOTHING OVERDONE. JUST HONEST COFFEE, FRESHLY ROASTED AND MADE TO BE ENJOYED EVERY DAY.
EVERY COFFEE WE RELEASE IS TESTED, TASTED AND ROASTED TO DELIVER BALANCE, SWEETNESS AND DRINKABILITY — WHETHER IT’S A QUICK MORNING CUP OR SOMETHING TO SLOW DOWN WITH AT THE WEEKEND.
WE WORK CLOSELY WITH IMPORTERS AND PRODUCERS WE TRUST, SELECTING COFFEES FOR THEIR QUALITY, TRACEABILITY AND DISTINCTIVE CHARACTER. THE GOAL IS SIMPLE: COFFEE PEOPLE COME BACK TO AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Our beans

We source our beans from trusted growers and producers who care as much about quality as we do. Each coffee is chosen for its flavour, balance and character, then roasted with care at our independent roastery.
For us, good sourcing means knowing where our coffee comes from, respecting the people behind it and making sure every cup starts with the right beans.
